RULES AND REGULATIONS “MOSS GP MONZA” – VIA ANTONIO ROSMINI SERBATI 11 – MONZA
This regulation is brought to the attention of customers at the time of booking and is posted outside the
reception. The act of booking and entering the campsite signifies unreserved acceptance by the Client.
Access to the campsite
- Authorization from the Management is required for entry to the campsite;
- Upon arrival, each person must deliver a valid identity document to the reception for the registrations
required by law (non-compliance constitutes a violation of the provisions of the penal code). - After registration, a personal and non-transferable identification bracelet will be issued, to be worn for the
entire period of stay. - Entry is not permitted to minors unaccompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them.
- Access to dogs or small pets is allowed but must take place in absolute compliance with the hygiene and
health standards established by the competent authorities and those imposed by the Management. Dogs
must always be kept on a leash. - No day visitors allowed.
- Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax will be required in cash (€1.50 per adult per night).
Pitch - The place inside the Village (whether pitch or accommodation) will be assigned by the Management,
whose provisions guests must comply with. You are not allowed to change seats on your own initiative. - All equipment must be neatly arranged within the confines of the pitch; vehicles must be parked within
the boundaries of the pitch or where indicated by the management. - The installation of ancillary structures to the main one inside the pitch is prohibited.
- Electricity connection is not available on any pitch.
Access times - Reception is open from Thursday 31 August to Monday 3 September 2023 from 8.00 to 13.00 and from
15.00 to 21.00 - Check-out must be done by 10am on Monday 3rd September.
- It is possible to go out with your own car and return to the Camping by 11.00 pm
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN: - Throw waste outside the appropriate containers
- Light fires of any kind, including charcoal and barbecues
- Damage the vegetation in any way
- Pour oils, fuels and various liquids on the ground
- Dig holes in the ground or channels or damage the ground
- Empty the chimical waters except in the places expressly indicated
- Spread fences, shade cloths, tie or anchor anything to the plants, pull ropes at eye level and install
anything else that could constitute a potential danger or be an obstacle to free passage. - Wasting or using water improperly
RESPONSIBILITY
The Management assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, destruction of valuables that have not
been previously delivered for custody to the Management itself, just as it does not respond to damage
caused by storms, hailstorms, falling trees, branches, diseases (including those of plants), epidemics and
fires.
EXPULSION
The Management reserves the right to expel those who, in its opinion, violate the regulations or otherwise
disturb the harmony and spirit of the accommodation establishment, disturb the smooth running of
community life.
